UK shipping

We are a small business and only ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes is £3.39. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.

Our half-termly subscription boxes are shipped at the end of August, October, December, February, April and June.

Once shipped, they should be delivered within 2 business days.

returns

We accept returns on all orders within 30 days of them being delivered provided that they are in an unused state and original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised items. Please email orders@sweetpickle.co.uk with your order number (from your order confirmation email) and a description of your return reason. Please note that return postage costs are not covered by Sweet Pickle Co.

damaged or faulty goods

Every box is hand-packed with love and pickles, though we understand that sometimes products might not live up to our expectations for reasons outside of our control. Please email orders@sweetpickle.co.uk so we can try to help arrange replacement(s).
