When will my box be shipped?

Our half-termly subscription boxes are shipped at the end of August, October, December, February, April and June. Once shipped, they should be delivered within 2 business days.

How much is shipping?

We are a small business and only ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes is £3.39. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.

Are the snacks suitable for vegans?

Yes! All our edible treats are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. As they are outsourced, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens. Do read the snack labels before consumption.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on all orders within 30 days of them being delivered provided that they are in an unused state and original packaging. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
